so does anyone actually have any vegan crockpot recipes...

I make a nice split-pea-barley soup, that's different every time I make it.

I use

4-5 cups water

one cup of soup mix (split-peas, barley, a bit of pasta, some other kinds

of beans, etc) the mix is not preseasonsd

one or two vegetable bouillion (sp?) cubes

onion, carrot, celergy, mushrooms, corn, green beans, whatever I have on

hand really and feel like putting in

seasonings such as dried thyme and basil

I think the next one I do is going to be really yummy..the only feggies I'm

going to use will be mushroom sand chopped onion, with perhaps a little bit

of celery and carrot, but not much. I'm going to put in my usual

seasonings, plus garlic poweer, extra thyme and basil, and hot pepper

flakes! It's going to be relaly yummy. This is ht ekind of recipe you can't

mess up!!
