Guest guest
Greenlee: In that it may have sounded as though I was tearing apart your " Kosher " recipe ... maybe I was .. but not with malus (not the apple, the attitude). I realy only began that one for the Kosher Q. The recipe did not move me. Now this one, this is the other side of the coin. The salt content is at the top end of the acceptable range, but definately acceptable .. not adding inorganic salt. The content is extreamly intreeging. Interesting enough that my week's shopping list will have the needed ingredients .... but ... what is a " banana squash " ... and, incase it is not available here in FL, what is the closest squash to it taste wise? (yellow, acorn, butternut, spegetti ...???)
