Guest guest
I tried red bean for the first yesterday, boy were they good. I bought peruano beans awhile ago from the bulk bin [i am guessing on the spelling]. I got them because I never heard of them. Does any one have a recipe for them? If not I'll just solar cook them plain and find out then if I even like them. Guest guest
Cherrie, Sorry for the very late reply. Peruano beans, I checked that is the correct spelling they look like Great northern except that they are beige color. I looked for them on the internet but got too many sites related to Peru [and not in English], not the beans. Maybe that's where they are originally from.
