Jamaican Black-Eyed Peas

1 cup dried black-eyed peas

2 cups Jamaican Jerk Sauce

1 medium onion -- chopped

3 cups cooked rice

 

Soak peas overnight, drain.

 

Combine peas, Jerk Sauce, and onion in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8

to 10 hours or 4 to 5 hours on high.

 

Mix in rice at the end and heat through.
