Guest guest
Sue: I take everything back (said in jest). I think you are trying to keep my love handles in place as much as I am trying to loose them. This will follow the mushroom recipe ... in tact .. a couple of nights later. Would be the next night, but since I live alone, it will take me 2 days to finish the mushroom meal ... or if necessary, the mushrooms will be lunch on the 3rd day ... this one dinner. Actually ... with these meals, it I do retain the LH's, it will not be your fault ... it will be because I did not exersize them enough. (come to think of it, they will not be exersized enough this week ... or for a few more ... till 4 broken ribs --- not the type some folks BBQ --- the ones in my torso .... heal enough to strain that way) TRhanks again. It's indeed a pleasure to find healthy recipes.
