Fruited Millet Cereal

The Vegetarian Slow Cooker

 

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup millet

1 quart water

1 teaspoon salt

1 medium apple -- peeled & diced

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup coconut -- sweetened or unsweetened

 

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir. Cover, set cooker on low heat,

and cook for 8 to 9 hours.
