Guest guest Posted October 22, 2002 Report Share Posted October 22, 2002 Easy Carmalized Onions (crockpot yum)6 Large Onions (for about 6 cups of slices2 tbsp olive oilPeel the onions and cut into 1/4" slices. Place onions in slow cooker, drizzle oil atop.Place the lid on the cooker and set to high. Cook 8 to 10 hours. The onions will have a deep brown colour.Makes 3 cups. Leftovers can be refrigerated - covered up to 3 days.
