Guest guest
Sue's chickenless stew looks like the winner for tomorrows dinner. I'll try Robins spaghetti 'n tofu later this week. But on top of brown rice instead of pasta. Pasta doesn't appear to have much food value. I have plain kidney beans crocking at this moment. Was gonna use them on salad and for a basic chili. I am craving stuffed cabbage. Was thinking tofu and oriental types for a filling. Anyone know what cooking time would do? Or better yet anyone have stuffed cabbage recipe? I have made them in 20 years! " A " , I mentioned organic whole grains and beans too in my earlier post. We don't seem to be communicating clearly. I am very proud of myself when I stick a whole foods, nothing processed. I manage it 1-3 times a week. That's great that your able to be so consistent. I am working toward that too. Anyway, end of that topic. On with the recipes. Guest guest
Hey! Great idea to put the spaghetti sauce and tofu on brown rice. Don't forget that ther'es always whole wheat spaghetti if you're concerned about food value!
