Mixed bean casserole

Hi, I went into the archives today to look for something easy and found this

bean casserole, well I made it tonight and it was awesomw! I will definitely

look into the archives some more! Jan

Thank you!!! It's always great to hear about the recipes that are

tried and true!!! Maybe we could keep a file on the site that

included recipes tried and our reviews? hmmmm.....

Thank YOU Cherrie, it really was delicious, even my non-veg hubby liked it. And

it's very colorful too! I think that's a great idea about having a tried and

true file...I do look to see feedback for recipes and I like people's input and

alteration ideas too.

I cooked this beanpot in the oven(there were directions for that way too) but

will try the crockpot next time. Jan
