My husband loves this... Garbanzos & Couscous 1 small onion, chopped 3 carrots, chopped 1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 - 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained 1 cup vegetable broth 3 cloves garlic 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. tumeric 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 1/2 cups cooked couscous Combine all ingredients except couscous in crockpot. Mix thoroughly. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hrs or high 3-4 hrs.
