Textured Vegetable protein - a form of dry soy that can be made to look like

cooked ground hamburger. Yves makes a pre-cooked variety as well.

Textured Vegetable Protein :^)

Makes a wonderful shepherds pie (use it in place of the meat).

Added to a chili mix, it tastes much better than the usual meat.

It really is a wonderful addition to vegan/vegetarian cooking!
