Guest guest
ON the sweetner subject. Another great sweetner that I've used is agave nectar. It's a bit expensive but you use less. I also use maple syrup, grade B organic is the best that I've found, honey (i know some of you don't use it), brown rice syrup (yum) and when necessary, organic turbinado. Also, just wanted to let everyone know that in the US there is no such thing as unrefined sugar. Many people call it such but FDA regulations bar any company from selling it. If you are ever down in Jamaica or other " sugar growing " countries you can get the real deal.
