High Temp Low Temp

15-30 minutes 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hrs 4 - 8 hours

35-45 minutes 3 - 4 hours 6 - 10 hours

50 minutes - 3 hours 4 - 6 hours 8 - 16 hours

You are right, it is easy but you have to remember to reduce your liquids that

are being added by at least half since when you use a crockpot you end up with

more liquid than you started with.

Thanks for the tip on reducing liquids. I am putting that in my crockpot folder.
