Sun-Dried Tomato Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce

 

 

1 1/2 cups sun-dried tomato, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

36 ounces whole tomatoes or tomatoes, chopped,

undrained

2/3 cup chablis or other dry white wine

1 teaspoon dried fennel seed

1 1/2 teaspoons basil

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon pepper

 

1. Salt to taste Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook

on low for 6-8 hours.

 

2. Note: You can add mushrooms if desired.
