I've generally used my crockpot for chili and soups, so I'm looking forward to learning more about what's do-able. Mine's a 6-quart Rival Smart Pot 3860 Crock Pot, but I've not actually used it in a while. I've been wading through the archives and am really impressed by the variety of recipes you've all made available. Hopefully I'll have some to contribute in time.
