Guest guest
Hi, I am cooking black beans today and my house smells awful! What can I do? I boiled them for 10 minutes, drained them and then put them in the crockpot with fresh water. Do I need to cook them outside from now on? Help! -Barbara

Guest guest
A tablespoon of vinegar might tone down the bean smell. Of course some people don't care for that smell either. but to me vinegar smell is a clean smell. pearls2525 [pearls25] Friday, February 20, 2004 2:34 PM My house, um, stinks?
