I simply boil some water with cinnamon sprinkled in there.. . lovely smell... though I have been coerced into making cinnamon rolls, or coffee cake, or other such sweets that the cinnamon smell made my family crave! =) not that I minded! but seriously, cinnamon, boiling in a pot... easy, cheap, and aromatic!! It's an old realtor trick to do this when customers are coming to see your home and it might small " less than fresh " .
