Guest guest
Hi, I'm on Weight Watchers, and I know how to make lots of delicious and fattening vegetarian and vegan foods. Guest guest
Hi Kris, This is not a recipe per-se but I learned this from a lady I take vegan cooking classes from. Instead of " sautéing " with oil, try using a 1/4 cup of vegetable stock. I just made some Kale that way tonight. Wendy --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. I couldn't tell if you wanted exclusively low fat vegan, but there are some great recipes on the ww web page: www.weightwatchers.com If you haven't visited it yet, look for the message board section and there is a whole board for vegetarian discussion. I have found a slew of local veggie and vegan rec. there, and I would suggest also a wonderful and MOTIVATING cookbook called Cooking Thin ( it's one of the best cookbooks I've ever seen ) Also I have found some wonderful rec. in Prevention, Shape and the WW magazine, also Cooking Light. It's a challenge, I know !!! I also have purchased some of the ww cookbooks and, you have to dig, but there's some wonderful stuff there. It takes time to build a new repetoire! Good luck to you.
