Guest guest
I received 2 small and 2 larger heads of baby bok choy in my co-op delivery this week. They are going limp and I wondered if anyone had a crock or crock-convertible recipe for them. Normally I saute them, but I'm really looking for something different. Do you think I could boil or sautee then until wilted and use like spinach in another recipe? Meg

My lazy, non-crockpot cooking method for them is to cook them with ramen noodles: wash and chop the bok choy; sprinkle with seasoning packet and measure in just a little less water than the ramen calls for. Cover and cook about three minutes; add noodles, mix, and cook for three more minutes. You could make this heartier by adding tofu cubes. Since both bok choy and baby bok choy cook so rapidly, if you wanted to use them in a crockpot recipe, I'd add them right at the end and let them cook for under ten minutes. j.
