Guest guest
The other day I was looking at some veggies in the fridge and thought Well, I have everything here for ratatouille. But, getting out the usual pan I had a thought to look it up here - and found Message 885 (I think it was) with its recipe. Sooooo, this is just to say that this is the first time *ever* I have tried to make ratatouille in a slow cooker and it was *just great*. so thanks very much to whoever passed the suggestion on ;=) A note: typical of me, I made too much and there were leftovers. So the next time we had it I monkeyed around with the seasonings a bit and turned it into something the French wouldn't recognize but which made a nice change from eating The Same Thing again ;=) with the addition of some chopped green chillies, vegan worcesestershire sauce, and a hint of Braggs. Thanks again, Pat in Montreal ;=)
