That's how I use it too - usually in 'cream' soups -

the kind where I don't use a recipe *lol* Making some

broccoli soup today (we have coolish weather and rain

around here this week), hence my asking ;=)

 

So I'll just carry on ;=) with my own system that

works for me. Thanks for responding!
