I try not to give my Dauther the same thing two days

in a row but she has had a this one for the last three

days and has asked for more evry time. This is the

Recipe from Joanne Strpaniak's Vegan Vittels. I have

done a dozen Variations with this The only time it was

not a hit is the time I added Yogart.

This is not a crock-pot recipe but can be done in less

than a 1/2 hour.

Cheeze Broccoli Soup

1 med. Potato

1 Med. Carrot

1 med. onion

1 1/2 cups Broccoli

1 cup water

1 1/2 cups tofu (firm)

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

2 tbs. lemon juice

1 1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 cup nondairy milk

1. Boil water add potato, onion, carrot and brocoli.

Apx. 10 minuts or until tender.

2 Puree soup in batches. adding smaall amounts of all

ingredients to blender except milk. return soup

batches to pot mix then add milk and heat to desired

temp.

Enjoy
