Guest guest Posted August 28, 2004 Report Share Posted August 28, 2004 I saw this on a board I'm on and was quick to veganize it. haha. I haven't tried it yet, but I don't see how it couldn't work! I would probably use frozen veggies instead of canned ones. Supposedly this is good on rice and also in tortillas! Crockpot Veggie Chicken W/ Blackbeans and " Cream Cheese " 4 cups of veggie " chicken " 1 can black beans 1 can corn 1 jar salsa , any kind (approx 14 oz) 1 package veggie cream cheese 1. put " chicken " in the crockpot (frozen is fine) 2. add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar of salsa, 1 can of corn drained. 3. Keep in crockpot on med-high for about 2-3 hours 4. Add 1 package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour. 5.
