Greetings,

I think I;m new to this group. I also belong to the vegetarian gluten free

group.

I would like to find a wheat-free shampoo without any animal products or

animal testing. My scalp itches after I was my hair and I thought it might

be from wheat.

Thank you,

Susanne

Quorn has egg whites in it, all - or it did last time I checked... so if you

want to make it vegan please use caution. This might be great made with tempeh

(simmer tempeh for 30 mins. in veg. broth, then add to the slow cooker after you

cube it). :o)

Sheri/Michigan

now a certified vegan chef! :o)

Thanks Cherrie, I'll try that. I plan on using the frozen Quorn (we're not

vegan either, but close to it). Love the Quorn products. I probably

couldn't be vegan because of Quorn and because of my love for goat cheese

:-)

" The original recipe used frozen chicken and had it on high. I'd say

you could put it on high if you're using something frozen, or use it

on low if you aren't, and just watch it the first time you make it

to see how that goes. :)
