You should really check this out. I send for this report and have been using it for 2 months now...it really works! It's called 'The $10 a week for groceries special report'. It explains in detail how you can only spend $10 a week for groceries and stay healthy with all the required daily nutrients!

The site sure wasn't, I got a bunch of pop up ad's. etc. Be nice to see a sample before shelling out $10, better yet, why isn't this info just shared...

10 hours? is this a high altitude recipie?

 

> Baked Beans

> Source:  Total Health

> 3 cups dried navy beans

> 10 cups water

> 1 cup tomato sauce

> 1/3 cup chopped onion

> 1/4 cup molasses

> 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

> 2 tsp. salt, or less

> 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

> Pressure cook beans in water for 10 hour and 15

> minutes.  Stir in
