Guest guest Posted December 3, 2004 Report Share Posted December 3, 2004 Crockpot Zucchini by Debbi DeSisto Zucchini is nutritious and this recipe makes it easy to make and extremely delicious. 2 lbs zucchini (unpeeled), sliced 2 vegetable bouillon cubes 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 Tbsp dried onion flakes 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon leaf oregano 1 cup V-8 juice Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.
