I think you simply pirece them with a fork, wrap them

in foil, and place them inside the cooker. Cover, and

cook on low.

This is what I do .. It takes a long time on low, though, like eight or ten

hours in my crock pot. I prefer to do it on high for four to five hours - to

me, it's hard to overcook a potato in a crock pot, but I *hate* having a

baked potato that is raw in the middle - although with how much that has

happened, you'd think I'd be used to it by now <G> . All crock pots are

different, you have to play with yours to figure out what will work.

Hi Sarah!

 

It's true - all crock pots are a little different; and

size makes a difference, as does how many potatoes you

place inside...

 

I will try the high heat, too! ;-)
