Guest guest Posted April 7, 2005 Report Share Posted April 7, 2005 Well, how big is your family? That'll help start to determine a size you need. I personally don't like fancy ones. I've had two crockpots in 25 years and both have been cheap ones with just a high and low. I do like the removable crock inside. Mom had one that wasn't removable - what a pain. That same pot had so many features - it went from slow cooker to deep fryer. Needless to say the one time I used it I burnt my food. Hence why the non-removable crock is a pain.
