Probably many of you knew about this already. I didn't. I rarely watch

television and when I do it's normally a kid-related show of some type. :o)

FWIW, I thought I'd pass this on for those who are in the same boat as I am.

God's Peace,

Gayle

Veg Out With Veg TV

Who says TV isn't good for you? Now there's a new TV series designed to help

viewers reduce their risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other

obesity-related illnesses.

Break out the Soy Dream and celebrate! Veg TV, the first interactive vegan

television series, airs every Wednesday at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 10

a.m. Central, and 8 a.m. Pacific on the Healthy Living Channel. And now you can

watch the show right here on VegCooking.com!

Veg TV shows you how easy and downright delicious it can be to make everything

from vegan lasagne, burgers, and nachos to faux ribs, fondue, and delectable

desserts. Alicia Silverstone, James Cromwell, Hector Elizondo, Noah Wyle, and

John Salley are among the many compassionate, health-conscious celebrities who

share with Veg TV viewers why they made the switch to a plant-based diet.

Viewers can download recipes, watch videos, participate in online discussions,

and find products for a healthier life on VegTV.com.

Join your hosts, Jane Velez-Mitchell and Marie Oser, for a fun-filled half hour

of VegTV, where vegging out in front of the TV has a whole new meaning!

(The Healthy Living Channel is available on Echostar's Dish Network Channel 223

and cable systems around the country. If you don't get it, call your local cable

company and ask that it carry the Healthy Living Channel today!)
