My family also can't stand Muschrooms but we like broccolie or zuchinni so I'll have to try that. Thanks for the wheat website and info. Sounds like I just need to grind it more course for using it in dishes? verses fine for flour. I just bought a whole bunch of grains and wanting to learn how to use them. There was a website awhile back called " cookiesfordinner " and I was able to get her cook book and it has some ideas. Basically she tells you how to use an " all grain " mixture and the cookies are so healthy you can eat them for dinner. I'll have to see if she's got some simple recipes in there that I can try.
