Guest guest
Hi all! When using TVP in the crockpot, is it necessary to hydrate it first? Or, can you just add it dry and put extra liquid into the recipe? I haven't tried TVP in my crockpot yet, and I'm dying to! Thanks in advance! -Clare
Guest guest
Hi Clare, I just put it in dry and add extra liquid - but I use it for soups and stews, not things like lasagna whick calls for greater 'dampness' precision, right?
