Guest guest
Lynda - I wanted to make sure that you weren't thinking that I was telling you to " shut the crockpot up " !! I was responding to your, " what does " stfu " stand for " (you can figure on what to substitute for the " crockpot " ). Some member mentioned in this thread for us all to " relax " so I figured I needed to clarify that. I certainly was directing that towards you, Lynda, or anyone... Cherrie, thank you so much! I checked out the files and was reminded that I've been wanting to try a snack mix in the crockpot for the longest time. I haven't been able to make this type of thing for awhile (no oven) and the store bought snack (cereal) mixes just aren't near as good as homemade. Also the curries look excellent. Thanks again... And thanks to the person for mentioning the " be*f " vegan broth mix (soy or tamari, tarragon and nutritional yeast flakes). I'm glad that was allowed to be posted. Mucho thanks on that one! It sounds like it should be reduced quite a bit. The flakes seem to thicken it even more to make it richer. From the ingredient list, it should be able to keep for awhile, correct? Have a good day (or afternoon or evening)! --- " Cherrie " wrote: > did you check our files? there might be one in there > > cherrie > > > - > " subprong " > > > > Shut The " crockpot " Up. > > > > Are there any casserole fans in here? Guest guest
I think Pat was having fun witrh her subject line when she wrote " Relax everyone " . Her subject line was " Looking to Convert " but was not in reference to her converting from veganism but referred to converting a recipe. Guest guest
LOL! Oh I see (didn't catch on to the dry humor)! Thanks Gayle - I think I need some caffeine and I don't drink caffeine. Irregardless that wasn't the primary point. I wanted to make sure that Lynda didn't think I was presenting that statement towards her. My apologies if it came off that way. Guest guest
No, no, no, I didn't think you were telling me to 'crockpot' off! :-) Just as I was falling asleep last night the meaning of STFU came to me, and I woke back up again to laugh. So thanks a lot, subprong and Pam for enlightening me.
