Guest guest
Hey Tina, This sounds like something my kids would love. Do press the polenta in the dish or crumble it or any way you like it? Also, do you have an approximate amount that this recipe might serve? I think, not sure but think that creamed corn is actually vegan anyway. I could be very wrong as I haven't used it in ages but last time I did use it I seem to remember that the stuff I got at the grocery store was vegan. It really doesn't have cream in it. Just more of the cob is scrapped off than with regular corn off the cob. God's Peace, Gayle
Guest guest
Hello, I normally press the polenta but I have crumbled it before. You can also make a great desert with this. All you do is Polenta, honey, butter, ceamed corn. Layer it all together and it is great also! As far as how many people it serves, well that all depends on the size of your pyrex. Have a great day! quintmom wrote: Hey Tina, This sounds like something my kids would love. Do press the polenta in the dish or crumble it or any way you like it?
