Guest guest Posted July 19, 2005 Report Share Posted July 19, 2005 I am looking for a simple way to " roast " veggies like carrots and potatoes in the crock pot. What would I use to baste the veggies with to get that crusted browned flavor? I tried veggie broth, but it didn't do the trick. Any ideas?
