Hi,

My kids are going to camp in a couple of weeks. There will be several cook-outs

where they will be making s'mores. We used to use the marshmallows available at

Vegan Essentials but they have taken them out of their catalog at this time due

to the controversy over Emes gelatin which they were made with. I thought I'd

try Pangea's marshmallows but they are sort of small for roasting and I'm not

really sure how they would hold up to roasting. It seems like they would melt

quickly and right off the stick. Has anyone ever roasted the Pangea

marshmallows? Does anyone have another source for vegan marshmallows that would

be good for roasting?

God's Peace,

Gayle

Thanx, Cherrie. I checked and they do have the Vegan Supreme which are the ones

made with Emes. What are your thoughts on the Emes controversy - anybody?
