Tamarind for newbies

Ok, Ok, I'm not usually down with this kind of thing, but I recently

wrote an exuberant article on tamarind for Citizen Culture magazine.

It is, after all, such sensational super-sour stuff! There's a

few 'first-timer' recipes on there, but I think the mag kind of nesses
