Guest guest Posted December 16, 2005 Report Share Posted December 16, 2005 * Exported from MasterCook * Peach - Blueberry Tumble Recipe By :Robin Robertson Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Crockpot Desserts Vegan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 large peaches -- ripe; peeled, pitted, sliced 1 cup fresh blueberries -- picked clean 1/2 cup light brown sugar -- firmly packed OR 1/2 cup natural sweetener 3/4 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup margarine -- non-hydrogenated, softened 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt Place the peaches in a 3 1/2 - 4 quart slow cooker and the blueberries and 1/4 cup of the brown sugar. Stir to combine well. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the remaining brown sugar, oats, margarine, cinnamon and salt. Stir to combine well and sprinkle on top of the fruit. Put the lid on the slow cooker slightly askew to allow steam to escape and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. If too much liquid remains, remove the lid and cook for 30 minutes longer.
