Guest guest
If you have a Whole foods - look around in the spice section I believe for a small box, call Organic Gourmet Wild Mushroom paste/broth/boullion (sorry can't remember the last name). It's a thick paste in a jar and you use 1 tea to 1 cup of water. I love it. Faith
Guest guest
Greetings all, coming out of lurkdom. Mushroom stock is very easy to make - simmer fresh or dried sliced mushrooms in a water. Salt and other seasonings are optional. Sautee any combo of onion/garlic/celery/carrot first if you like before adding shrooms and liquid. (Dried mushrooms usually need to be soaked in hot water for a bit first to partially rehydrate enough to chop.) No doubt there are many recipes online if anyone is interested.
