Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

11 ounces black bean soup, condensed -- 1 can

15 ounces canned kidney beans -- drained

and rinsed

15 ounces garbanzo beans, canned -- drained

and rinsed

16 ounces baked beans -- vegetarian

14 1/2 ounces chopped tomatoes -- in puree, canned

15 ounces corn kernels -- drained

1 onion -- chopped

1 green bell pepper -- chopped

2 stalks celery -- chopped

2 cloves garlic -- chopped

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried basil

 

1. In a slow cooker, combine black bean soup, kidney beans, garbanzo

beans, baked beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and celery. Season

with garlic, chili powder, parsley, oregano and basil.

 

2. Cook for at least two hours on High.
