Guest guest
Hello! Has anyone used TVP chunks in your crockpot? I am interested in making a Beefless Stew in the crockpot, and I have a bag of beef flavored TVP chunks, but I am not sure what to do with them. Should I toss them in with all the ingredients in the beginning? Or should I wait and reconstitute them and add them at the end? I would think it would be nice for them to soak up the flavors of the stew, but at the same time I don't want to overcook them...... Any ideas, experiences??? Thanks!!!!
