Guest guest
I really like Joanne Stepanik's " The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook " -- she gives alternatives for soy free uncheeses and lists which ones contain soy (and other allergens) in the back of the book Oh and did I mention they taste good! Guest guest
I think this person is talking about " The Uncheese Cookbook " by Joanne Stepaniak. I haven't read it or tried any recipes myself, but I've heard only good things about it. I'm not sure about your yeast issue though, most of them probably contains nutritional yeast. Guest guest
Yes, I just borrowed it yesterday from the library. Looks great! I am going to give nutritional yeast a shot despite the candida issue and see how I do with it! Peace and Thanks!
