Guest guest
I came up with this as an adaption of my favorite veg restaurant's, Kaya's Kitchen in Belmar, NJ www.kayaskitchen.com, Green Goddess Soup. It's delicious, very easy and the kids sucked it down. Green Goodness Soup Ingredients (I used all organic except the seasonings) 1 clove of garlic, sliced 1lb bag of frozen broccoli 1lb bag of frozen spinach 1lb bag of frozen asparagus 4 cups of veggie stock 2 teaspoons dried chives 2 teaspoons dried thyme 1 tablespoon tamari juice of 1/2 lemon 1/3 cup nutritional yeast Place everything in the crockpot, cook on high for 2 1/2-3 hours. Puree in the crockpot with a hand-held blender of blend in a blender until very smooth.
