You can order it online at Borders Books, Barnes and Nobles and Amazon.com. To join fat_freevegan, go to and put fat_freevegan in the search box. It should take you right to the group where you can join. One of the moderators, Susan has a fat free blog that you can find at www.fatfreevegan.com where she posts great recipes and other interesting things. Hope this helps. I mentioned it because so many groups have similar names and it's easy to sign on to the wrong one. I did that just last week with Susan's Eat to Live group. I had subbed on to the one without the dashes in the name (eattolive) and was wondering why I wasn't getting any of the list mail, because when I looked in the group's archives (http://groups/eat-2-live is the bookmark I had saved a few years ago) I saw the usual amount of activity. Upon closer examination I saw the right group had dashes in the name - eat-2-live - and the group I joined didn't.
