Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to forward to you the web address for Meatout Mondays for those of

you who don't already get it: http://www.meatout.org/MeatoutMondays/ They send

a newsletter out once a week which has some great recipes and articles. This

week they have some great info on grains, a 70 something vegan bodybuilder, and

weight loss. The recipe looks really good. I've been getting this newsletter

for years and have never been disappointed with the info I get.

Anyway, I just thought I'd pass it along to folks who might be interested.

Gayle,

Thanks for sending this link. I checked it out this morning, and

signed up for the Meat Out Mondays weekly newsletter. I also went

back in the archives on the site, kind of randomly hopping around,

and found a recipe I tried this evening. It was the Aromatic Lentil

and Brown Rice Pilaf from The Meatless Gourmet, by Bobbie Hinman. I

didn't have almonds, so subbed sunflower seeds, also subbed chopped

sundried tomatoes for raisins, and garam masala for the allspice I

didn't have. It is wonderful!!!! It smelled so good cooking, too.

Thanks again!

Paula
