Guest guest
hi, all! i've been making the vanilla tapioca pudding recipe from joann rachor's book for some time now, but all of a sudden it is coming out very gooey, whereas it used to come out more like a pudding that separated nicely by each spoonful with separate clear tapioca granules visible. now it is coming out more like, um, gluey-slime--but it still tastes the same. what am i doing wrong? am i cooking it too long? does it matter if i cook it on high heat or low heat? any advice?! thanks!
