Guest guest Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 Hello all! I'm a newly converting Vegetarian. Mostly making the change for health reasons & some personal convictions. I do have young 3 children & a Husband who enjoy a diverse diet that unfortunately includes red meat. (especially hubby) Thankfully my sweatheart is open to eating less meat & more veggies & whole grains for health reasons. So I am really trying to find some new 'easy' healthy recepies! Hubby's only stipulation ( & a plus for me) is that its filling & Tastes Great! Looking forward to trying some new foods!
