Ill tell u my feelings about that story. I can almost picture you laughing about

this one in my mind...and sometimes I laugh at stuff like this too.

However, it is a tragedy that A) Stupid people like this exist and breed and B)

Have guns but especially C) they take their sons hunting - who probably dont

want to be there...like a friend of mine who is vegan used to HAVE to go with

his Dad hunting.

My Dad used to shoot groundhogs around the farm, and Id have to go with him. I

was crying all the while, but I went with him all the same because I love and

admire my father. I didnt always like or understand his choices, but later I

learned that he killed the groundhogs because the farmer next doors dairy cows

would break their legs in the holes.

Dad used to hang them up in a tree for the grows to pick at, and secretly Id get

them down and give them a dignified burial. Hed get really mad.

I dunno, I can laugh at stupid people, but I dont think its a victory or

anything when people get shot accidentally. Its a sad story. I feel sorry for

people like that. I dont think I can laugh at people killing themselves. It must

of been the only thing a kid could think of after thinking that he killed his

own father. I cant imagine that horror.

Anyways blah blah blah, my point is karma takes care of people who kill. Nemesis

arrives for all of us...even vegans. Well, thats what I think. See you at brunch

You are too nice a person ... one day, perhaps I will be as even tempered

and forgiving.

 

Here is the deal ... the reason I feel good that those fuckers died is

because I am glad it was them instead of the animals that got killed that

day.

They way I am looking at it is this ... those guys were going out killing

that day, period. We weren't going to change their minds, they had their

hearts set on blowing an ugly red hole through some deer, and while I

understand they may change through some sort of re-education, that

particular day, it wasn't going to happen. So, you ask, which death should

have occurred that day? And we have to pick one, because it was

going to happen whether we liked it or not (a death, that is). The hunters

should go down, not the innocent animal. The hunters also happen to belong

to the species of animal that creates the biggest strain on the planet, so

again, they go down.

 

I don't want anyone to die, but death was in the air that day. So, it should

be bestowed upon the most deserving party. It was a victory for the animals.

It was a tragedy for human kind, and that's it. It was a victory for the

planet.

 

Fuck all hunters! Along with Fur Wearing, it's the most disgusting and vile

form of animal persecution. Killing for fun! It's blood sport, period.
