Guest guest
Hi everyone Oh Anji I wont elaborate on the pig in a cookie story other than its my fault that she bit into it at all. I bought them! I was looking out for eggs in the ingredients, and most of the cookies said coconut meat...oh never mind. Anji called the bakery and it was meat in the cookies. Pig. Might as well of been dog it makes no difference. How depressing. I think that is the last time I ever ever buy cookies instead of making them myself and especially if Im feeding them to my fellow vegan friends. Its funny - Ive never felt so bad about something but if it had fed it to my non vegan friends- I think they would of eaten them all. So sick. Anywayzzz the reason I bring this up is because YOU CANT TRUST A NON VEGAN TO TELL YOU THAT ITS VEGAN. Forget it! I bought a " wrap " from " wrap and roll " and oh yes they assured me 'its totally vegan' when I got a vegetarian wrap there. I said no dairy? and they said " no dairy " . Well, after walking and eating about half of it on the way home, I opened the bag and noticed an ingredients list they throw in there. Well, all their wraps (the bread itself) are made with 'fresh yoghurt'! Oh joy! Well, I almost threw up my lunch. Anyhew, thats the scoop. It aint easy being green. Love and Peace, Bliss. (PS See you all @ brunch! And dont worry! Im not bringing anything!) -- _____________ Free email services provided by http://www.goodkarmamail.com powered by OutBlaze
