Guest guest
You guys really need to teach me about this shit!!!!! 'Cause I don't understand it so well ... I haven't ever really had " whole grains " per se ... at least I don't think I have ... when I think of cereals ... weather it's Count Chocula or Fibre Colon Blast 2000, I lump them all in as " processed foods " ... I guess when I said that we should eliminate grains ... I meant processed grains ... that is what I am used to .... I haven't had experience with whole grains. Guest guest
Yes Cous Cous is a grain. But aside from that,we really missed you today Vic.I know you are busy and days off are precious, but the Viccitude was missing...next time. And Isabelle you are invited next time aswell.....hell your all invited next time.I made scrambled tofu again with lots of greens and tempeh sausage. We talked about the usual things, joked around a bit. Then Anji put on a compilation tape of eightys rock videos. We all had fun with that....I can't belive I used to have hair like that. Love and compassion, Paul. > " Vikas Sharma " <carnival > >< > > all we are say-ing... is give carbs a chance >Sun, 20 Feb 2000 09:13:17 -0500 > >You guys really need to teach me about this shit!!!!!
