Guest guest
I can't stop making these. They are so easy to make and so good. Trust me when I tell you they will blow your mind. I will even use them to bribe you to come for dinner on Sunday. Yes we're having a dinner (instead of brunch) on Sunday and you're invited and we will have... Chocolately Peanut Butter Krispies for all!!! 1 cup sugar 1 cup corn syrup 1 cup peanut butter 6 cups crispy rice cereal (ie. Rice Krispies) 2 cups chocolate chips Cook the sugar and syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbly. Remove from the heat and add peanut butter and cereal and mix well. Spread the mixture in a 9x13inch pan. In a double boiler (or whatever), melt the chocolate chips and pour over the cereal mixture. Chill until firm and cut into squares. -- _____________ Free email services provided by http://www.goodkarmamail.com powered by OutBlaze

Guest guest
Hello everyone... I'm new to the whole vegan thing. My parents keep trying to force steak and porkschops down my throat and I've told them that I don't like meat. They told me that if I found some healthy vege recipes that would give me all the vitamins that I need that they would let me cook dinner and be a vegan. So if you could help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Guest guest
Emily Joy ... Don't sweat it ... I know how shitty it can be, being in an unsupportive environment .. I was 15 and change when I decided to be a vegetarian ... and my father tried to force me to eat meat ... I didn't do it, but he forced me to eat fish and shrimp ... I did that for about a year ... but when I almost turned 17, I put my foot down ... however, over the years, there have been many vicious arguments about how stupid the other is ... As you already know ... Anji's website is invaluable ... I wish I had this resource when I was a young vegetarian ... (I might have become a Vegan sooner!) ... Just stick with it ... and no one can force you to eat anything you don't want to eat. I remember celebrating my one month anniversary ... now, over 13 and a half years later ... I sometimes to forget to count the years ... Which city are you in? If you are in a metropolitan city ... you should have no problem gaining access to the types of food we discuss here frequently. Maybe you can teach your parents a thing or two about nutrition ... I mean, we are all still learning to this day. Ciao for now! Vik
Guest guest
Thanks Vikas! I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. And actually...if you lived in my house you would have to eat the meat. I've tried not eating it, but they just save it for me. It's a rule in my house that if you don't eat your dinner it gets saved for the next meal. So if i don't eat it, I get it for breakfast. Luckily...I do have dogs, so they help me out a little bit. Emily --- Vikas Sharma <carnival wrote: > Emily Joy ... > > Don't sweat it ...
